Monitoring and Evaluation Practices on Performance of Integrated Management of Acute Malnutrition Projects in Kenya

The study focused on Monitoring and Evaluation practices the performance of Integrated Management Acute Malnutrition (IMAM). specific objectives were: to assess effects Surveillance monitoring IMAM, determine impact Implementation analyze evaluation relevance IMAM. was conducted in County Kajiado Kenya. descriptive design adopted involved a mixed-method approach. A target population 54 sample size 48 were used obtain data. Purposive sampling used, whereas data gathered using close-ended questionnaire structured interview. Data analyzed Mean Standard Deviation, Pearson Correlation, Multiple Regression. found that surveillance monitoring, implementation affected correlation coefficient 0.872, 0.889, 0.864, respectively, Sig. 0.000, p <0.05, which meant relationship between relevance, IMAM project strong. regression analysis showed positively significantly affects by 37.3%, impacts 59.2%, 25.7%. These quantitative results supported qualitative results. concluded statements affect recommended government managers increase projects, enhance projects making sure there are clear Indicators well-thought significance evaluation.
